Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Dalla Bona during a Serie A match against Inter, played at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on 18th April 2004. The midfielder played the full 90 minutes in this one as the home side ran out 4-2 winners. Dalla Bona made 22 appearances in his only season at Bologna as the side finished 12th in the league. He would enjoy loan spells at Lecce and Sampdoria before moving to Napoli on a permanent deal in 2006.
