Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Gutiérrez during the 2005 season. The midfielder was entering his final year in Chicago and would hang up his boots at the end of the campaign. Gutiérrez made 51 appearances for the club following his move from Kansas City Wizards in 2006. Chicago Fire finished second in the Eastern Conference under the management of Denis Hamlett before losing out to Columbus Crew in the Conference Finals.
