Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been worn by a #6 for a 1990 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Qualifying Group 2 match against Sweden during 1989. The Swedes cruised to a 4-0 in the first meeting between the sides at Orjans Vall in May. A closer game in October saw the sides play out a 1-1 with Roman Szewczyk getting on the scoresheet for the Orły. Poland went on to finish a disappointing 3rd in Group 2 and failed to reach the Finals.
